General terms and conditions - Fusion Plasma NL<\/h1>

Article 1 - General<\/h2>

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer, handling, order and agreement between Fusion Plasma EN<\/strong> and a client to which Fusion Plasma NL has declared these terms and conditions applicable, insofar as these terms and conditions have not been expressly deviated from by the parties in writing.<\/p>

By using the services or products of Fusion Plasma NL, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.<\/p>

Article 3 - Implementation of treatments<\/h2>

Fusion Plasma NL treatments are carried out to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good craftsmanship.<\/p>

Before treatment, the client must provide all information that may reasonably be relevant to the proper execution of the treatment.<\/p>

Fusion Plasma NL is not liable for damage of any kind caused by the fact that the client has relied on incorrect and\/or incomplete data provided by the client.<\/p>

Fusion Plasma NL will inform the client about any changes in treatment and their financial consequences.<\/p>


Article 4 - Appointments<\/h2>

The client must prevent an appointment as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment<\/strong>, to be reported to Fusion Plasma NL.<\/p>

If an appointment is not cancelled or not cancelled in time, the following conditions apply:<\/p>
