General terms and conditions - Fusion Plasma NL
Article 1 - General
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer, handling, order and agreement between Fusion Plasma EN and a client to which Fusion Plasma NL has declared these terms and conditions applicable, insofar as these terms and conditions have not been expressly deviated from by the parties in writing.
By using the services or products of Fusion Plasma NL, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 - Implementation of treatments
Fusion Plasma NL treatments are carried out to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good craftsmanship.
Before treatment, the client must provide all information that may reasonably be relevant to the proper execution of the treatment.
Fusion Plasma NL is not liable for damage of any kind caused by the fact that the client has relied on incorrect and/or incomplete data provided by the client.
Fusion Plasma NL will inform the client about any changes in treatment and their financial consequences.
Article 4 - Appointments
The client must prevent an appointment as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment, to be reported to Fusion Plasma NL.
If an appointment is not cancelled or not cancelled in time, the following conditions apply:
cancellation until 48 hours before the appointment: 50% of treatment rate
cancellation within 24 hours before the appointment: 100% of the treatment rate
no-show (failure to appear): 100% of the treatment rate
A fee of €70,- be charged.
If the client has more than 5 minutes late arrives, the treatment time may be shortened while the full amount will be charged.
If the client has more than 15 minutes late arrives, Fusion Plasma NL may cancel the appointment and still charge the full amount of the treatment.
If Fusion Plasma NL is unable to attend, the client will be notified as soon as possible.
In the event of force majeure, both parties shall not be bound by the obligations under this article.
Article 5 - Personal data and privacy
Before or at the time of the first treatment, the client shall provide Fusion Plasma NL with all data necessary for a careful execution of the treatment.
Fusion Plasma NL processes personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (AVG).
Personal data will only be used for:
customer administration
treatment registration
communication with clients
Fusion Plasma NL will never sell or rent personal data to third parties without the client's consent, unless required by law.
All information shared during treatments is kept confidential.
Article 6 - Payment
Fusion Plasma NL clearly states all prices of treatments and products on the website or while making an appointment.
All prices quoted include 21% VAT, unless otherwise stated.
The client should pay immediately after the treatment, unless otherwise agreed.
Offers are valid during the specified period or while stocks last.
Article 7 - Delivery and execution
Fusion Plasma NL will take the utmost care when processing orders and executing services.
The place of delivery is the address provided by the consumer when placing the order.
Orders will be placed within 30 days executed, unless a different delivery date has been agreed.
If delivery is delayed or an order cannot be fully executed, the consumer will be informed in due time.
In this case, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge.
Article 8 - Liability
Fusion Plasma NL is not liable for damages caused by the client providing incorrect or incomplete information on:
physical conditions
drug use
work
leisure
Fusion Plasma NL is also not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property brought by the client.
Article 9 - Right of withdrawal (products)
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to dissolve the contract without giving reasons within 14 days after receiving the product.
During this period, consumers should handle the product and packaging with care.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Article 10 - Costs in case of withdrawal
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the consumer.
Payments will be made no later than within 30 days refunded after return.
Article 11 - Complaints procedure
Complaints about treatments or products should be made as soon as possible, fully and clearly described via:
Fusion Plasma NL will receive complaints within 14 days answer.
If a complaint requires a longer processing time, the consumer will be notified with an indication of the expected processing time.
Article 12 - Damage and theft
Fusion Plasma NL has the right to claim damages if a client:
furniture
equipment
products
damages.
Theft is always reported to the police.
Article 13 - Conduct
Clients are expected to behave according to generally accepted standards of respect and hygiene.
Fusion Plasma NL reserves the right to refuse clients access to treatments for inappropriate behaviour.
Article 14 - Applicable law
On every agreement between Fusion Plasma NL and the client is Dutch law applicable.
The terms and conditions are published on the website of www.thefusionplasma.nl.
Article 15 - Confidentiality
Fusion Plasma NL is obliged to keep all confidential information shared during treatments confidential.
This obligation expires only when required by law or a court order.
Article 16 - Additional provisions
Additional or different provisions of these general terms and conditions are valid only if they are set out in writing.
